Peran Pendidikan Karakter Dan Kesadaran Hukum Dalam Menjaga Kesehatan Mental Serta Fisik Siswa Dari Risiko Kejahataan Remaja Di Sd Negeri Legok Menteng

Juvenile delinquency and sexual violence are serious issues in educational environments that can damage the physical, psychological, and social development of young students. Character education serves as a fundamental framework for building resilient and intelligent personalities capable of self-protection. Referring to Permendikbudristek No. 46 of 2023, this community service activity aimed to provide comprehensive education and prevention strategies regarding juvenile delinquency and sexual violence. The activity was conducted at SDN Legokmenteng, involving 60 students from grades 5 and 6. The implementation method comprised three main stages: planning, education, and prevention/handling steps. Materials were delivered through interactive presentations, discussions, educational posters, and Q&A sessions. Case data were presented to foster critical awareness among elementary students. The results showed a significant increase in student enthusiasm, awareness, and understanding regarding personal boundaries, sexual violence prevention, and positive social behavior. Character education proved effective in empowering students to protect themselves and report harmful behaviors.
